There is a whole world of resources available to help you get into beekeeping. The internet has many options, but don’t forget to check your local library and local beekeeping club as well.
My advice is to read as widely as possible and get information from many different sources. Don’t take any one guide’s “rules” as law: Find out other solutions and ideas and find what works best for your bees and your setup.
